While we're shitting on recolors I just want to say I non-ironically love that Monster Rancher had like 50 recolors/retextures/slight model changes for each character.

EVO was their last console game and it was poorly-received because, well, it was a sucky JRPG that sidelined monster interaction and was nothing like any other game in the series.
