Why is Nihilego already so forgotten about? Do any of you use

I don't think it is.

It'll definitely become more popular in OU if Metagross gets banned. Scarf's pretty common but you see hazard-stacking sets too. As for VGC, I think it's still used a fair amount though it's threatened by stuff like Garchomp.

This is what I'm using ATM. Pretty nasty damage and can go on a serious tear on slightly slower teams. Psychic for toxa or to OHKO something like garchomp etc.

As other anons have said, scarf is the best set. Dual stabs + boltbeam (hp ice) is standard, but you can swap out one of the latter two for grass knot or dazzling gleam or even psychic depending on your team. Standard specs is fine, but you can also EV it so it gets speed boosts when it nabs a kill. Lead sets aren't great, but LO or Z move + 1 hazard like >>32501432 posted are ok.
