Considering the unnatural TM and egg moves, greater knowledge of battle strategy, and strength far beyond the natural level their species would possess, would a captive raised pokemon released into the wild completely fuck up the local ecosystem?

I think a trained pokemon would probably be well behaved compared to wild pokemon, I guess it all depends on the trainer that released it, and the circumstances it was released under.
