Quite honest? fuck no. Too much effort for barely any payout. It's a miracle poke pelago turned out as well as it did.

Easiest berry farming in the series
Get some evo stones and rare items
Passive leveling up/EV training
Passive hapinesses raiser/egg hatching
Time travel glitch that does all of this instantly.

It's pretty convenient

You only need Treasure Hunts and Rare Kitchens. With the glitch and a high number of FC (not difficult if you participate in the global missions), you can get a bunch of Bottle Caps. Rare Kitchen let's up level up super fast.

Step 1: Get everything you want to skip forward all set up ahead of time, remember to save after.
Step 2: Go into the 3DS settings and change the date and time to Jan. 31 at 23:5X. Replace the X with any number you wish. I did it with 9 giving me about a minute to get in game.
Step 3: Make sure you are in game when the date transitions forward.
Step 4: Enjoy~

Quite nice if you don't mind screwing up time based events and festival plaza
