Basically just remove the Dragon type and keep the secondary type if dual-typed. If pure Dragon, either Normal or, I some instances, I could see a typing change to one vaguely based on design, lore, or both.

What type would the dragon type moves become? I'd imagine most of them would be normal except maybe dual chop that could be fighting.

Outrage and Thrash would be literally the same thing tho
