I only play OU and the most common defogers are Skarm, Tapu Fini and Scizor, the only spinner I usually see is Excadrill also Peli on rain teams. From what I've seen the Lati twins are pretty good in their tiers. I just looked around in some lower tier games and some common ones were Gligar, Donphan and Torkoal for sun teams.

i was looking for a RU defogger and donphan is currently in RU,it was a pretty decent spinner/stealth rock in UU so maybe donphan work better in this tier

it gets priority in ice shard as well, sometimes an adamant eq into ice shard can knock out a threat instead of rocks if that is a better play

Hazard removal in OU is really meh right now.

UU has Latias, Decidueye, Mew, and Scizor as defoggers, and Starmie, Tsareena, Tentacruel, Mega Blastoise, and Forretress as spinners.

If it has to be defog, you could try eviolite Golbat, Mantine, Eviolite Dartrix exists, but IMO, I'd use Lefties Blastoise to spin.
