No unless they happen to satisfy my needs. The key to being a good builder is to make your own spreads to both have the element of surprise and to account for things that you want to, since you're the teambuilder. The damage calculator should be your best friend.

also there's a certain point where you've memorized the movesets and ev spreads and you dont have to look them up anymore
