I know that you want to optimise the garb matchup and that you don't need much draw support, but 1 Sycamore is still really low, add another I'd say, considering 4 grunts is a little too much
Maybe add a 1 of Hala over a card, Hala fits this deck considering how strong it is after you Plea, and the fact that it's survivable beforehand

I actually run an "Orange Box" of sorts. It's really shitty because I dont trade and I dont spend money on meme games like this. It's just safeguard Carbink, Zygarde EX, Regirock EX and spinda mostly. Just control the board to set up one of the two EX's or counter enemy EX with carbink. Spinda wins games on it's own. Also running Fatass Hariyama vs. fire/water and Zygarde-doggo for fairy/dark.

It's no where near as good as these other meta-decks but it shuts down these shitty hoopa-ex decks instantaneously. And with muscle bands, kukui, regirock and orange special energy, the amount of extra damage you can pile on to even the simplest attacks (like Carbink's) is astounding

Carbink: 40
Muscle Band: 20
Regirock ex: 10
Kukui (spammable with vs seeker): 20
Orange Special: 20

=110 damage for 2 energy isn't so shabby. 100 if you prefer FFB

ultimate scrub filter. Decidueye is a good deck but it's heavily dependent on moving first. Darkrai and Rayquaza both beat it more often than not if it doesn't move first.

it's a bit different than basic draw engine, you need to use revitalizers too.

You shouldn't be allowed to concede during the first 15 seconds of your opponent's turn. Trying to do my psychic knock-out challenge, spent the whole game with Bunnelby shovelling trash into the discard for Garbodor and then as soon as I attach a DCE to Bunnelby to retreat it, he concedes the game.

They seriously need to address the problem in KO challenges whereby it takes at LEAST four games to get the challenge because people concede either because they're butthurt (I've been guilty of this myself) or they don't want to waste their time in a game they're sure to lose (we've all done this).

I actually have a good idea for this. When your opponent concedes, you have the option to continue playing with an AI playing your opponent's deck. It would be easy as butts to make a neural network to learn how to play various decks with moderate skill.

If not that, then just throw a dog a bone and give a knockout point for the challenge if a player conceded while you have a pokemon of the necessary type in play.

Pokeball: utter shit
Great ball: utter shit
Level ball: if your deck is entirely under 90 hp, you'll want this as a 4 of with some ultra balls, if your deck has a lot of under 90 you'll want this as a 1-3 of
Heavy ball: The issue here is that most decks don't have even a majority of pokemon falling into these categories, and evolving expensive pokemon still have basics with under 3 so you'll use it rarely
Dive ball: Same as level ball
Nest ball: Basic heavy not shaymin/hoopa/lele reliant would want a lot of these exe passimemean, otherwise as a 1-2 of
Timer ball: Good for evolution heavy decks that can play them all quickly exe. anything with forest, probably a 1-2 of but nothing more because flips
Ultra ball: The best ball, can grab everything you'd ever need, really good shaymin synergy and deck thinning is a good thing. Unless your deck only needs 1 other ball and deck thinning is almost pointless, exe golduck, you'll want this as atleast a 3 of, probably 4
Dual ball: Only in legacy but quite good, does what timer ball does but for everything, you'd want some of these and some ultras in your legacy deck

Using your supporter to grab heavy ball isn't good. Skyla isn't great, only ok in legacy.

How many balls depends for the most part on how many pokemon can be retrieved with them. If you're playing something like quad, you won't need more than 2 dive balls really, think about how often you'll need to use them. In an 11 pokemon deck you don't need 9 balls, considering you're going to start with one and good luck getting a game where you need to use all of those balls, especially in a garb meta. You don't need every pokemon down every game, and you don't need all of your balls every game. It's deck specific, it's something that might need to be modified after some play

the cards are returned to hand rather than discarded, so it may be a little more useful. leaf blower, lysandre could pick up hoopas for free prizes. (Or you could run better cards)

It's a 5 energy GX attack and it's metal, which has almost no support. I think it's fair.

The first attack, on the other hand, is really ugly. Whether a card in the discard pile was used this or last turn is not part of the game state. I get that this would be to prevent multiple uses of stuff like team flare grunt, but it should have a restriction that doesn't make the player track this kind of information. This is not YGO.
