Do you think a third version could actually save SM?
I mean, it worked for DP but they put so much effort in it and I just don't think they're gonna bother anymore this time.

No, because SM's rot is much more deeply entrenched into the game's foundation than DP's were. You can't just renovate parts of it and give it a paintjob like Platinum did, you've pretty much gotta tear the whole building down and rebuild from scratch to make SM good.

Hope we get another Direct soon. Heard SciresM discovered a Mario & Luigi remake icon in the eshop files and that there was a Japanese Nintendo site leak suggesting there could be a direct as soon as next week. If they also announced Stars on it I would die from hype.

On a related note, i miss when Nintendo did directs monthly.
