He's the last pokemon needed to fill my pokedex. Been using max repel and a level 55 pokemon as my first one. Riding Tauros in circles. Nothing happens. Nothing.

Since I captured guzzlord months ago, I forgot. I think I ran out of battery after talking to Looker but before saving. This is why Necrosma didn't appear. All this time and wasted max repels. Oh well.
