at least you fixed incineroar, but I would just max his def and sp. def and give him 130-150 bst in hp and drop his atk to 100, he don't really need speed with that

t b h the only things I don't like are sceptile's speed being a 4 instead of a 5, serp's spdef being so high and def/speed being so low, decidueye and incineroar being so fast despite their builds, and meganium's highest stat being special attack instead of one of the defenses. The water starters are all fine at worst, as are most of the fire starters. Solid work.

for reference if we break down the 5pt scale as
>1 = 0-40
>2 = 41-80
>3 = 81-120
>4 = 121-160
>5 = 161-200
then the starters' actual stats wind up looking like pic related, although a lot of those numbers ride the line between 2/3 and 3/4

this is not counting megas, origin, forms, formes, etc... which is why Xurkitree is the only 5pt Special Attacker. Mewtwo is there as the next closest at the top of the 4pt margin.

Speed Form Deoxys is a 5pt Speedster, Shedinja is just 1pt shy. Greninja is closer to the bottom of the 4pt cutoff.

Shuckle's only company in 5pt Special Defense is Regice; although other 5pt Defenders included Steelix, Regirock, Avalugg, Cloyster, and Aggron.
