I debate Suicune being that low, though. Unless it's been seriously gutted in the Japanese version that thing is insane, both the best keepout gameplay and incredible close combat skills, including the absolute best counterattack in the game bar none. If you have to wake up against a Suicune in your face you've pretty much lost the round.
