Uhm. The same shit happened with ORAS. Only trade requests I've ever gotten are from random kids who want shinies/legends while I'm like "that's fun, I'm building a living dex". I still get battle requests even if my profile says I don't want them.

After you reach the designated point where 4IV are guaranteed there is a straight up 1/32 chance for the rest of the IV. Computers follow code and math perfectly, it is straight up ridiculous to say that GF altered the code to skew the chances after an SOS chain. Check all the youtube videos of people who did the ditto chaining method for 5IV dittos.

Let me see if I can break it down for you, dude.

Let's say you wanted to catch a Ditto with perfect IVs. So you go out, chain for a bit, and then catch one. Four IVs are perfect, but two are just average. Let's say the perfect IVs in this case are HP, Attack, Defense, and Speed.

If I'm interpreting >>32493696 and >>32500207 correctly, it generates a Pokemon like normal, and then forces four IVs at random to be perfect. Therefore, if you wanted all six of this example Ditto's IVs to be perfect, then it would've had to naturally generate with perfect IVs for Special Attack and Special Defense BEFORE the game forced four perfect IVs. And the chances of getting a Pokemon with two perfect IVs is already pretty low.

In other words: chaining will help you get a Pokemon with better IVs, and a chance for shiny or hidden ability, but your chances of a perfect IV Pokemon are still incredibly low. You're better off catching a few four IV Dittos and breeding.
