It's pretty hard to remember this thing. If it's even available, it's either in some obscure area or postgame only. It has no redeeming qualities and is bluntly outclassed by either Lapras or Walrein depending on what it wants to do. If Lorelei didn't use it, nobody would even remember it exists. I've never heard of anybody liking it.
