What happens if Rayquaza uses Dragon Ascent in Alpha Sapphire when battling another Rayquaza from Y? That move wasn't coded back then.

The Rayquaza wouldn't be allowed into the battle in a first place.
Same with primals.

On Battle Spot, ORAS players will never be matched up with XY players. If you're battling a friend with XY, you won't be able to use anything that doesn't exist in XY.
