Articuno goes nowhere.
Moltres won't go above UU, since it is completely outclassed by Charizard. It might get banned to BL, but it's unlikely, given the number of OU rejects currently infesting UU.
Zapdos becomes a middling OU threat again, but ultimately doesn't become top-tier because it can't answer particularly well to the crazy shit going on there now.
So honestly, Moltres changes the most, but overall nothing big happens.

Immunity to SR is pretty huge, and drawback-free Life Orb or Sash is very nice.

Thematically appropriate.
Articuno creates snow, Zapdos creates thunderstorms.
I'd argue that Moltres should have Regenerator or Flash Fire, since it heals itself by dipping into volcanoes, but let's stick with the theme.

As for moves, Articuno is supposed to have very reflective wings. Mirror Shot (or even Luster Purge, if they don't mind Latios losing a signature move) would fit thematically, and give it some coverage.

Zapdos is pretty decent already, movewise, but Moltres could do with Magma Storm (again, if Game Freak doesn't care about signature moves from 4 gens ago), but Eruption could also fit.

A Burn Up-like move for Articuno would be nice, too. Moltres gets to be typeless, so why not "Defrost" for Articuno? Or a Soak variant that targets the user.

Articuno's biggest downfall is its lack of versatility. Other Ice-types get coverage moves, but Arty's stuck with Ice and Flying, and nothing else. Some Water moves could help it, especially with a type change to offset its massive weakness.

Also, that makes Moltres a worse Zard Y and Articuno a worse A-Ninetales. But i do wish this had happened back in gen 3

They should get some sort of awakened form that changes the stats around to make them viable.
Like, they summoning power from thunderstorms, volcanoes and blizzards.
