Primarina gets the most google results if you use the Japanese names too. Dunno about the pixiv thing. I've seen a lot of Japanese artists post Primarina fanart on twitter, but never on Pixiv, or they just leave it untagged. But the same can be said for the other starters too. Besides, Primarina is only behind Decidueye on pixiv by like 40 works.
