Do you /vp consider that adding Waterfall and/or Liquidation to its moveset would be too much? I mean, water physical coverage alone would be quite great, making fire and ground common checks much less threatening, but these two moves in particular fit awesomely with its ability, either being another flinch movement or having 40% of lowering defense, putting a lot of pressure on the rival. But would it be enough broken for a ban or just increase Jirachi's viability?

It already has Water Pulse and doesn't use it. It has Ice Punch and Icy Wind as well. None of them is used. So what does that tell you?

Both Waterfall and Liquidation are stronger, have better secundary effect ('cause icy wind always lower speed and confusion is less reliable), check 2 threats at once and fit better in a physical set, which is more common.
