I think it would be hot if there was a dark secret in the Mistralton Gym. The fans aren't just obstacles, they're there to deter you from seeing the legion of Sigilyph that lies under the gym. Every night when the gym closes, these Sigilyph awaken and approach the gym leader, eager to receive her nightly medicine. The Sigilyph then use their appendages to deeply penetrate every hole in Skyla's body. She would scream in both pain and delight. Her cries from the deep penetration were so loud, everyone in Mistralton could hear them, but nobody knew the fucking that was going on within the gym. Once the Sigilyph finish fucking Skyla until she's unconscious, they go back into the abyss, while Skyla eagerly waits for her next dosage.

Reshiram was specifically designed to look more feminine and Zekrom to look more masculine.
Lunala is supposed to be the female evolution of Cosmog while Solgaleo is supposed to be the male evolution of Cosmog, according to ingame dialogue.

If you learned anything about Spanish at all (which I highly doubt), pretty much every single object, living or non-living, has a gender assigned to it. The gender is usually determined by an "o" or "a" at the end, which determines if you use the two Spanish equivalents of "the", which would be "el" and "la". Examples include "la agua" (the water) and "el globo" (the balloon). This makes more sense when you consider that the "sol" in "Solgaleo" and the "luna" in Lunala are both Spanish.
