Theme of all Pokemon villains?

Did anyone else notice how all the evil teams are related to the exploration of space?

Team Rocket- Rockets are used to escape Earth’s gravity to explore the universe.
Team Aqua/Magma- Aqua and Magma are substances found on almost all planets made of semisolid material.
Team Galactic- Galaxies are giant clusters of solar systems that contain stellar objects such as stars, planets, asteroids, and black holes.
Team Plasma- Plasma is the fourth stage of matter, which is common in high-energy environments such as CERN and our own sun.
Team Flare- Solar Flares are common in all stars such as the sun.
Team Skull- I wouldn’t really consider this a truly evil team, simply because all of the members are essentially hoboes that are looking for a cheap way to make money. They really aren’t bad people.
Aether Foundation- Aether is a substance that was originally thought to fill the universe, this medium allowed light waves to travel throughout the universe because at the time it was theorized scientists thought all waves must travel through a medium.
