Drawn pretty well.

Serena's arm looks a bit off, and it looks as though Dawn's panties have adheared strangely to the inside of her buttcheeks in a strange way. The blue detailing between Serena's legs is puzzling. I can't help but feel like something is subtly off about the proportions and measurements of Dawn's groin in general.
Where the two's arms cross looks awkward, as otherwise there is nothing to suggest Dawn's arm is elevated more than Serena's, and Dawn's other arm is bending in a strange way.
I find it unlikely that Dawn's scarf is resting over her chest as it is, since the rest of this image suggests a more candid and casual setting where one wouldn't bother to ensure their scarf is properly styled.

Serena's posture indicates something like relaxation and contentedness, yet her expression is more tense and guarded.

The longer I look at it, the more nitpicks I find, but the novel nature of the piece stands out foremost.
