That bulky stally team construct is the best build for Bulu. Gabriel's team looks the way it does because it's designed around his Tapu. That bulky muk is one of Bulu's best pairs.

Snorlax's spread is kind of overkill on the defense. Fini is wasting 12 EVs in both defenses and HP, Metagross is wasting 4 on attack (tip: never use Smogon's movesets/spreads, as they are optimized for level 100 instead of 50, which is what the official formats use). Flare Blitz > Overheat on Arcanine. You might not use WoW that much but I suppose you can leave it. Don't rely too much on Swagger, as it can (and will) miss in important situations. Indifferent on the Z crystal on Metagross.

Change Fini's level to 50 and try reducing those 3 stats' EVs by one (well, four, but you know what I mean). Notice how the stat didn't change? The reason for this is that, unlike level 100, 4 EVs don't add a whole stat point in level 50, it adds half. 31 IVs on a stat at level 50 is 15.5 points, so adding 4 at first increases it to 16 points gained, after that, you need 8 EVs for every extra point. It's kind of confusing but I hope you understood.

This tourney just happened here thanks to the tcg community, which is very heavily incentivized by Copag (the brazillian tcg publisher), and they were forced to do vgc aswell in order to do the intercontinental tcg tournament.

Many of us are also poor, and Brazil is too big, so plane tickets are expensive as fuck. Not that anyone that couldn't afford going would stand a chance in winning anyway
