Being based on a samurai and having a lot of references doesn't make a design good, anon. Samurott's design is bad because it makes no sense from any sort of perspective. If it was bipedal it'd be much better but as it stands it looks downright retarded trying to swing its swords around while being a quadruped.

A Samurai design can also be Steel(focus on the swords and armor) or Dark(Night Slash is based on killing someone with a samurai sword in a dark alleyway.
