Hyper Beam on Porygon Z seems pretty useless. Just go BeamBolt and maybe Recover.
M-Lucario seems pretty out-of-place, as he's the only Ubers Pokemon in this team which looks likes it'd otherwise be in OU.
Lele could use a better item and really has no use for Nature's Madness. The extended Terrain would probably end up getting in Weavile's way.

Overall, a single Pokemon with a Fighting type move can remove 4/6 of your team. Consider starting from scratch.

You're trying to do too many things with this set.

What's Acrobatics doing on here? Here's what Flying hits: Bug, Fighting, Grass. Bug types aren't very common in OU, except for Scizor, who wouldn't take that much anyway due to its Steel typing. Grass types are already covered by Ice Beam. Fighting types could be covered by Extrasensory, meaning you could remove those attack EVs and dump them into Special Attack and give it a Life Orb; it also gives you a move to hit Toxapex and Tentacruel if that's important. I don't even know if there's Fighting-types that are common in OU right now that don't get dunked on by your other coverage moves (Breloom dies to Ice Beam though Greninja wouldn't want to stay in on a Mach Punch, Terrakion dies to Water STAB). I suppose it does hit Mega Venusaur but I don't know how vital that is.

I'm not sure what Taunt is for. You'd usually run Taunt on like a suicide lead set so you can get up your layers without getting set up on yourself.

Please take this with a grain of salt as I've not really been too into SM OU, this is coming from a mostly ORAS perspective. A cursory look at OU usage rates for 7th gen doesn't seem to contradict anything I've said so far though.

Thanks for the input. Ended up going full sp atk Ice beam, surf, grass knot and trying to decide between spikes/extrasensory/U-turn for 4th move maybe even one instead of grass knot as well since I'm not actually sure how great it is.

Spikes seems to get a lot of hate but I'm thinking it has a nice surprise value to it that every greninja needs, plus being able to negate electric. And in my experience a lot of people switch out on greninja first turn just can't decide if it's worth it over u turn which benefits my team well and extrasensory because the only good fighting coverage I have is my gardevoir.

My understanding is that Grenigger got banned since it could run pretty much any set, meaning that there was only one mon who could beat it (Porygon2). Most mons in OU have multiple other mons that check it (and said mons are also still decent in OU by themselves), however that's not the case with Greninja.
