This is the only good pokemon from gen 7

Every other steel type from gen 7 are a close second but the rest are meh

Literal fire != Fire-type moves
Otherwise Steelix, Excadrill, and Alolan Diglett would die while digging around, or Anorith would die at birth.

The difference is that the hair is part of the shell that protects her, while all of that is part of those Pokemon's natural lives. Celesteela is able to ignite fire but only in the arms floating around her, and it doesn't actually touch her body.
