This tiny pokemon hates technical gadgets for unknown reason. There are occasions of this pokemon breaking its pokeball from inside and fleeing from the trainer.
There are rumors that this pokemon can shrink in size and turn completely invisible.True or not, it can break into house through the smallest crack and break all mechanism inside.

Bogeygrem:
This cruel pokemon's favorite activity is scaring little kids. It hides in dark places like basements, attics and even closets in children bedrooms.
Sometimes this pokemon leads a small army of Wrecklin and breaks into shops to destroy all mechanical gadgets inside. They like to catch Rotom and force it inside machineries to mess with people.

It's meant to be a radioactive isotope. It can change forms by using or being hit with Electric attacks.

Neutral form has balanced stats, Negative form is more offensive, and Positive form is more defensive. It will shift Neg>Neu>Pos if using electric attacks, and Pos>Neu>Neg if hit with attacks. Maybe Electric Terrain keeps it Neutral or at least reverts it back to neutral once it switches out.

Magcargo Evo looks like more of a mega to me for some reason. Not bad, though, just not what I'd expect out of a regular evo.

I'd like to expand on this idea. Like the final stage only exists because it's a full on dragon, and when it sheds it's skin it gives it to it's young for protection, who aren't dragons, but just reptiles.
Maybe have them seem related to the Scraggy line.

Very cool indeed. Most of those mons are similar to Gen I mons in the sense that tehy\re basically based on creatures with no other particular flavor added to them apart from hints towards their typing. He has totally nailed the style though, so they still work for the most part.
