You're in charge of picking 10 Pokémon for a huge battle royale. Limited to Pokemon that aren't legendary or mythical.
Keep in mind, this is a battle royale. Not a 1-on-1. All 10 will be out at the same time.

Normal Pokemon fucking suck compared to most DBS characters. I don't think Pokemon has anything in-between Primal strength and Creation-trio strength so they all get fucked unless Dialga/Palkia/Giratina are allowed to play.

That dex entry does mention small black holes but it probably doesn't mean stable black holes like the ones that exist in space. If Gardevoirs could create those then the pokemon world would already be destroyed. Those 125 Sp.Atk. black holes probably aren't very impressive compared to DBZ power levels.
