Z-Moves broke the "a Pokémon can have up to 4 moves at a time" rule.

Gen VIII will probably give us Pokémon with a third type or some shit like that.

We already got some abilities that does that, like Bewear with Fluffy it makes it take SE damage from fire moves, though I don't see why they couldn't do it either.
