fossilmons, Genesect, Ancient Power evos, Tyranitar, Aggron, Tropius, Relicanth, etc. It's basically an "extinct animal" type. Decidueye could have even fit in here if they changed its design slightly.

It would be similar to Rock, but a better type overall. I would liken it to Dragon.

Think Hyper Beam, Tri Attack, Razor Wind, Swift. You can make more like them and similar without sacrificing anything, and then you can allow Sound to be a thing.
