ITT: Make mud sport and water sport useful in doubles and singles

WaterSport has Primordial Sea effect (no fire)
MudSport has similar effect for electric.

Mudsport kinda like mudslap, except instead of lowering accuracy it mainly nullifies static and any moves that would incude paralysis.

Watersport maybe does the same?

Mud Sport has a 50% chance of being set by any Mud move, or if the translations don't work, then just 50% chance by Muddy Water.

Water Sport is set when Surf hits a Water type Pokemon.

Mud sport is now learned by things actually weak to electric instead of fucking ground types.
