Buff your bro thread

Armaldo, doesn't exactly need a buff, but I would like him to get a buff so he isn't in PU tier next to Pokemon like Dragonair.

Defense: (100 >> 125)
Hidden ability: Dry skin

The reason I chose the defense boost is because he deserves to be bulkier.

The reason I chose to change his ability is because he doesn't really benefit from swift swim since he isn't as useful as other Pokemon in rain teams. Dry skin would make him a reliable counter to water types, another reason why I chose this ability is because it makes some sense since he is in the water3 egg group, he learns a handful of water-type moves and it is replacing a water-related ability.

Now gets access to aura sphere, dazzling gleam, and water pulse.

I know everyone always asks for flygon buffs and we got dragon dance now which is nice.
I always thought it deserved +20 in SpAtk. It has a pretty great special move pool, so it should be an equally balanced mixed attacker.

also boost speed from 100 to 101. Not Garchomp's 102 but it gives him a miniscule advantage over the large number of Base 100 speed Pokemon
