Don't worry, Tapu Lele got your back
On a serious note if GF ever created a electric priority move, it would be special just to further screw over physical electric type not named Zekrom.
Actually making it Special wouldn't be all that bad. We could give it Vikavolt and solve some of it's problems.
>Death's Door
>Physical
>BP: 85
>Acc: 100
The user tightly grips the target's soul. If the user faints after the opponent has been hit with this, the target will take double the move's base damage two turns later. The target switching out will not stop the attack; only postpone it.

Antigrav Thrust

The user causes gravity to temporarily reverse around the target, sending them rapidly up through the Earth's atmosphere. On the next turn, the target crashes back down to the ground. There is a 20% chance that the target will be Burned at the end of this turn. Ground-type Pokemon are immune to this attack, but Flying-type Pokemon, those with the Levitate ability, and those similarly affected will receive 1.5 times the amount of damage.
The Abra, Solrock, Lunatone, Claydol, Minior, and Sigilyph lines get this.

A variation of Explosion. The user spends two turns sharply increasing their Attack and Defense stats. During the third turn, the user explodes in a tremendous blast, causing massive damage.
Electrode and Qwifish are the only Pokemon that learns this naturally
Nostalgia
10 PP, Normal, Status, Variable Accuracy and BP
The user reminisces to an earlier time and uses a random move that it could naturally know at its level but does not currently know.
Drampa and Oranguru learn it naturally, nearly every other fully-evolved Pokemon can learn it via TM.
Volley
Normal, Status, 10 PP, 70% Accuracy
The user gets ready to volley back a projectile-based attack. If they are hit by a Special attack before the end of the turn that Volley is used, they will volley back the attack at a random Pokemon on the opposing team. Said volley will damage the ultimate recepient at half of the attack's original BP, will have that attack's Type applied to the damage done, and may have the extra effects of that attack inflicted on the ultimate recepient. The move fails if that Pokemon is hit by a Special attack before performing Volley, of if the Target is not hit by a Special attack by the end of that turn. Any Pokemon performing Volley can only volley the first Special Attack that successfully connects with them.
