Didn't hate it, but really couldn't care less of such a gimmicky shitmon. But having a X and Y nuzlocke made me love this thing, she managed to get those bittersweet kills with retaliate. She didn't make it, RIP best doggo, I will never forget her valiant efforts.

Also star is the best haircut.

Honestly i thought seedot was a peice of shit since it only knows bide when you catch it in R/S/E. Then i used it in a ruby play-through where i wanted to use pokemon i never normally used to see if i would like them (pokemon like pellipper and makuhita) and i ended up loving the beast it turned into and all the other member of the team, barring one very disappointing gayrados. Good ole barry the shiftry holds a special place in my heart.

I happened to get one with Simple, and it turned out to be an absolute unstoppable monster. Left a very good impression on me. The only reason I stopped using it is because it didn't mesh with my team's aesthetic.

A LOT of Gen V Pokemon including Watchog, Stoutland, Samurott, Emboar and Simisage. I used to hate like half of the Unova dex because of their designs but many of them grew on me after using them in a team.

Although I still hate/dislike many of them even after using them, e.g. Simipour, Sawk and Gothitelle.
