You can now diaper your Pokemon to make them look cuter during Contests, making them piss easy to win, pun absolutely intended.
After having a battle, you can clean your Pokemon's paws of any dirt or dust, like in SM, only this will allow your Pokemon to sometimes let it go first in your next battle if you do it often enough.
And let's not forget overfeeding your mon to the point where it appears physically bulkier as well as gaining a defense boost.
