Yeah sorry, first time generating a pokemon. I'm trying to get it all legal. Dragon pulse is invalid if met in sun/moon so I'm trying to get it to work as a pokemon from white version

I guess I'm just confused about how a legal contrary/dragon pulse Serperior could exist. Can it pass the move on to an egg Snivy? It seems to only learn dragon pulse at a move tutor in gen V, but contrary only exists in gen 6 onwards.
