Huh, never watched much Game Grumps so I wouldn't know, oh well.
Still, its design is wonky as fuck (a trait that plenty of other gen 2 pokémon share, but not to this extent) and felt very much glossed over even in the games it was introduced, so how he can like it so much is a mystery to me.
