Cynthia is a cashcow for the series, imagine if they gave her Lillie like focus, but instead of a scared girl she's an absolute beast who you can barely compare against and she crushes you until the final fight at the E4.

A Cynthia focused game with a backstory for her and her love for ruins and the Sinnoh lore would be great.

I like the idea of giving a regional variants to Pokemon in older regions but I can't imagine them fitting well. Sinnoh would probably make the most sense for it with Alternate Dimension shinanagins. which they would most likely do for more lore and regional Pokédex fixing.

And mostly of what OP said, principally Mega Starters because not all starters having Mega seems a little unfair to me (in the case of legendaries, Primal Reversion), but:
