I have 2 ideas

Idea 1: Electric/Dark physical attacker with Reckless or Strong Jaw. Just an improved Luxray

Idea 2: Electric/Poison manticore Mega Evolution with Levitate. Boosts in Attack, Speed, Sp. Defense, and Sp. Atk if needed. Increases moves that go off it's higher Attack, such as Poison Tail. The levitate represents the wings of a manticore and also means it's only weak to psychic attacks

Queenly Majesty doesn't help though. Magic Guard would be more useful and sorta not so farfetched (she's the queen so she has this magical aura about her). As for typing I'd say make it pure bug. No other type makes much sense although maybe slapping Fairy could work.
