Anyone has an Adamant Growlithe with Morning Sun to trade? Can be either a breedject or a perfect leftover. Fuck the Battle Tree. Never again, seriously. Got up to a streak of 46 wins only to lose in the most bullshit way. Well, at least to me it seemed that way. Probably could've done something different but it's too late now.

Why Freeze-Dry and not Blizzard? Life Orb Garchomp in a hail team seems kind of suicidal as well. Also, Bulu is bad, if you want to use a Tapu in BT use either Lele or Koko.

Water coverage in case Bulu bites the dust. Saved me a couple of times as a matter of fact. I honestly thought having Chomp on a hail team was suicidal too but believe it or not I never got an opposing pokemon that spammed blizzard. Also, really? Bulu is great. Most teams I faced got destroyed with choice band Wood Hammer spam or even horn leech. He hits hard.

Fini is not only too defensive for the Battle Tree, it's also too slow. The thing about Battle Tree is to avoid getting hit in the first place. This is much easier to achive when you're simply OHKOing everything with Specs Psychics at decently high speed yourself. As a side note, Koko cannot be paralyzed, and Confusion isn't nearly as deadly as it used to be.

Slow Pokemon are bad in general when it comes to 3v3 battle facilities. They're much, and I mean much more suspectible to stupid Tree RNG shit ranging from critical hits to random flinches to status effects like the one Moltres ended your steak with. This is why BT players fear Pokemon like that meme Scarf Aerodactyl with Rock Slide as it's sole attack - it puts you at considerable risk of getting flinched to death unless you have a 130+ Scarfer yourself (most likely not).

Freeze-Dry is a decent attack but you really should never, ever run Alolan Ninetales without Blizzard as well. If you had Blizzard in that battle, you'd have OHKOed that Decidueye right away and likely 2HKOed the Moltres before finishing it off with Garchomps Dragon Claw (there would be no Gooey to fuck you over). What was your set anyway? Also, why didn't you run Rock Slide on your CB Bulu?

It you insist on using Garchomp in that team you should consider switching Life Orb for a Z-Crystal. All that bulk gained from the Dual Screens and Garchomps nice 108/95/85 defensive stats is just completely wasted when you're losing 16% HP per turn.

You should definitely try running a Rock attack over the rather useless Megahorn.

Toxic is also useless since you have nothing to stall with. Not that you should ever stall in the fucking Battle Tree the first place. Like I said, switch that shit for a Blizzard.

Garchomp is okay I guess but Life Orb doesn't mesh well with the Hail damage.

I'm not sure about AssVest Primarina but I can confirm Mega Mence is a monster in the Battle Tree. Koko is very fast and quite strong, but I personally prefer Tapu Lele for its sheer killing power.

Got to Red on my second try (a bad misplay ended my first streak). Most of the time you just click Psychic and watch shit die. If that's not enough, Gengar is capable of bringing 2 mons down on its own by killing something with its offensive moves and then (when you're in Sash range) finishing the second mon with Destiny Bond (Psychic terrain protects you from priority moves). Mega Mence is self explainory.

Battle Tree is really not that hard when you realize the best thing you can do is just attack, attack and attack.

Salamence is Naive, the other two are Timid. And yes, Hidden Power's type is Fire, but I found myself only using it like once or twice, when my opponent lead with a Scizor.

Tapu Koko seems like a good partner with its boosted Volt Switch

You'll also need a defogger/spinner to prevent the former two from killing themselves from residual damage. Maybe Latios? It resists the Fire moves M-Bee is weak to and is also immune to Ground moves Koko is weak to.

But frankly, I don't know that much about the current OU to make an accurate judgement. You're better off consulting people at smogon.
