Will-o-wisp becomes a must-have move on every team ever. So does aromatherapy/heal bell.
Misty terrain setters (basically, but not limited to, Tapu fini) skyrocket in use
Flame orb tricking becomes an active strategy to rapidly cease the utility of the opponent's sweeper or any mon in general. For the same reasons, flame orb sigilyph might lose a bit of its edge, or its role just becomes that of a permanent burn passer thanks to psycho shift
Fire attackers or mons with water veil suddenly become extremely valuable. Natural cure and magic bounce become even better.
Volcarona's flame body might actually win it the game occasionally. Flame body in general is now a much more viable ability.

Burn should cut atk, def, sp.atk, sp.def by 25% and thats it.

I was gonna come say this. Poison and Burn are similar in that they deal damage over time but only one cuts a stat. I think Poison would benefit much more from a SpA drop ability.
