What are some Pokemon you guys have used during the main story that exceeded all of your expectations or were simply better than you thought? Pic related, it wasn't too shabby of an alternative to Gardevoir and Alakazam.

Even before the drizzle buff of gen 7 i used this guy in my ruby game and my omega ruby game. He really pulled through and pulled more than his fair share of the weight.
My original ruby pelipper was a girl named lee, and the one i used in omegaruby was a boy named lee. I transfered both up to sun and I'm considering trying to breed them together to make the ultimate competitive lee, but i don't know if i can even get a drizzle pelliper that way.

Drizzle is a second slot abilty, so you just have to ability capsule your mon.

okay so then i just need to breed to two for perfect ivs and a good nature on a non-shiney (becuase i prefer blue to the green they use on it's shiny) and ability capsule it if it doesn't have drizzle.

I would just keep laying eggs til you get one with drizzle. It would hardly be worth using an ability capsule

This, it's not a hidden ability for Pelipper so sooner or later with enough breeding you'll get a Wingull with Hydration (becomes Drizzle when it evolves).
