Because the Pokemon look alike. They have a similar body, with short arms and legs, wings, horns, different color on belly and a tail. The main different come from the color, typing, and shape of the body. The body shape wouldn't be easy to get in an gijinka, so it mostly comes down to wing shape and color. The presence of fire can also help.
