ironically I used a few of the TCPI VA's in that list, Fantina and Candice since I thought they actually fit the roles well.

4Kids' casting was mostly pretty good, all things considered, especially as they had a smaller pool to work with.

TPCi's casting was pretty terrible, though, especially given having such a large talent pool to work with- lazy, shitty performances quite often these last 10+ years.
