I'm honestly betting that GF will straight-up lock two more unseen Mythicals to future Gen VII games. They've already blocked off ORAS Megas and moves and items from transferring back to XY.

Plus the mythicals aren't required to finish the dex, so it won't really matter for completion's sake.
