No I don't see the point.

Catching or breeding and raising them is the fun part for me, actually using them isn't, especially not in PvP. If I injected, I would skip the entire game and have nothing to do.

This. Raising pokemon is my absolute favorite part of the game. But I still enjoy PvP, though I'd rather play on Showdown than on battle spot any day, and doubles isn't my thing.

I'd hack OP mons just to fuck with the battle tree though, that is always fun.

Nope I prefer to breed and train up pokemon normally...but I won't lie and say I haven't inject perfect dittos before for breeding/giving away.

I do but only for small things. Items, Pokemon to help shiny hunting, random shit just for fun. I prefer actually breeding competitive Pokemon though. I feel better knowing i put effort into getting what I really want when I know I have an easy way avoiding it.
