Her Skyla leaves a bit to be desired but I think it's just the choice of angle that doesn't work in the character's favor.

The rest of the Ohmura made characters she draws (Juniper, Bianca) are pretty damned good

The original designer of Skyla was Yusuke Ohmure, and he put in her face that ugly buckteeth, Megumi only fix it with a lewd pose and a better artstyle.
Also Juniper was designed by Ken Sugimori (i know it because the legs and the line art).
