What were the Team Rocket trio's best Pokemon?

TR's teams have always been hit or miss, Weezing and Arbok were never big threats, Victreebell v1 was also no big deal.
Wobuffet is actually really strong when Jesse feels like using him, i.e when he gave Ash and Pikachu trouble at the start of X&Y.
Pumpkaboo/Gourgeist is probably Jesse's most competent and beloved partner, but Mimikyu is without question the most powerful.
James' Mareanie is also up there since his other Pokemon, minus Inkay, were never all that good outside their gags, Yamask who? Meowth's power fluctuates moreso than Pikachu, he's decent when he feels like it, but he was never a fighter anyway.
As things are now, SM TR is probably their strongest incarnation thus far with a record of one(1) win under their belt over Ash. I think if Bewear actually fought, they'd be major threats.
