In this giveaway , we ask YOU , the people that may be interested in those pokemon , to deposit a pokemon(in this case , blitzle) on the GTS (Global trade center) for any pokemon in the OP , you can find the GTS it in the festival plaza.

The Pokemon in the OP image are being given away via a bot on the GTS. The bot is set up to search for Blitzles, so you need to deposit a Blitzle on the GTS asking for one of the Giveaway Pokemon.

If you don't have a Blitzle, deposit a magnemite asking for one. But you'll need to come in this thread and tell us your in game name and that you need someone to trade you a Blitzle.

Items such as mega stones and orbs cannot be traded over GTS. So when you see a giveaway Pokemon pictured as Mega, like Glaile here, they're holding a placeholder gift item. The OP image tells you to replace the bottle cap with the mega stone, as this Glaile was made for use as a Mega.
