Give it a mega with Adaptability (to Mirror Glalie's Refrigerate, since it doesn't get any good Normal type move to use with -ate abilities). You can put the mega boosts pretty much anywhere as long as you don't reduce anything. Froslass already has fantastice speed and a awesome offensive typing, even if you don't boost its SpA at all Adaptability is like a free Life Orb most of the time so you can still kill stuff with it.
