A 4x weakness to the unquestionable top tier offensive typing in the game is inexcusable. Couple that with abysmal defenses and non-existent speed, and you have a failure of a Pokemon.
Swap it's offensive stats with it's defensive stats? Then we could be talking, but since it does not learn power trick, and has a speed of... no, we've got a problem.
